SALSA CON QUESO 
1 block Velveeta cheese
1 12 oz can refried beans
1 12 oz jar salsa
1 lb browned ground beef
1 cup milk

Combine all ingredients into crockpot. Heat on high for 1-2 hours. Makes enough dip for about 10 people.
