FRUIT SALAD CAKE 
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour (unsifted)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together including liquid from fruit cocktail. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Frost while warm with cream cheese frosting.
