COCONUT PIE (2 PIES) 
2 raw pie crusts
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour (plain)
2 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
6 eggs (separated)
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut

Mix sugar and flour, add milk, melted butter, egg yolks (slightly beaten), vanilla and coconut. Pour into raw pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until they don't shake.
