QUICK AND EASY BROWNIES 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. unsifted self-rising flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in cocoa and sugar. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with wire whisk after each egg. Blend in vanilla. Add flour and stir until blended. Add pecans and chocolate morsels. Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
