COLD BAKED SALMON 
Salmon fillets
Lemon
Dill, (lots)
Salt & pepper
Butter

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. dill, chopped
1 tbsp. shredded onion
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 egg

Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.

Place whole fillet in baking dish, cover with lemon, dill, butter, salt and pepper. Place 2nd fillet over the first, bake 45 minutes. Carefully remove the salmon skin and place salmon on serving dish and cool. Serve with sauce and new potatoes.
