8 c. popped popcorn (about 1/3 c. unpopped corn)
1 c. peanuts
2 1/2 c. granola
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Heat oven to 275 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine popcorn, nuts and cereal in large bowl.

In heavy medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Bring mixture to full rolling boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove mixture from heat; stir in vanilla and baking soda. Immediately pour over popcorn mixture, mixing well until coated. Quickly place in prepared pan. Bake 40 minutes, stirring occasionally during baking. Cool on wax paper. Break into smaller pieces. Store in tightly covered container. Approximately 13 cups.
