SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
2 c. herb stuffing mix
2 med. onions, finely chopped to make 1/2 c.
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Cook and drain spinach. Combine with all other ingredients. Chill for easier handling. Shape into little size balls. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. They can be frozen before baking.
