CRUSTLESS COCONUT CREAM PIE 
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 oz. shredded coconut

In large bowl mix together melted butter, sugar and flour. Add eggs and mix, then add rest of ingredients. Blend well with mixer. Pour into well greased, well floured 9" pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool, then serve.
