RED CROSS FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together sugar, butter and milk; bring to a rolling boil and cook at medium heat for 11 minutes, stirring constantly. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts. Mix well and pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut. Makes 5 pounds.

Daddy always made this at Christmas. It was such a very special treat.
