PORK BARBECUE 
4-5 lbs. pork
5 onions
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or minced
1 lg. bottle ketchup or honey bbq sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. hot pepper (optional)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sauté onions in a Dutch oven and add all other ingredients. Cover meat with barely enough water to submerge. Simmer over low heat until very tender (at least several hours). Add water as needed so that enough moisture remains to have a thick sauce.

Using two forks, separate meat into shreds for pulled pork.
