PUTO MAYA 
2 c. whole sweet rice (glutinous rice)
4 c. coconut milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. grated fresh coconut

Rinse rice and place in a 2-quart saucepan. Add coconut milk. Boil for 15 minutes and simmer until rice is cooked--about 15 minutes or more. Mold cooked rice in small cups and unmold each one on a sauce. Sprinkle sugar and grated coconut on top of each mold.
