4 LAYER CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
First Layer:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix together; press into 9 x 13 x 2 pan.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Second Layer:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (from 12 oz. size)

Mix together and carefully spread on cooled first layer.

Third Layer:

3 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. whole milk

Mix chocolate pudding mix with whole milk; spread carefully on second layer.

Fourth Layer:

Spread remaining Cool Whip on top; cover and chill several hours before serving.
