NEW ORLEANS CRABMEAT RAMEKIN 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. molasses
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. crabmeat (fresh, frozen, or canned), flaked
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs

Combine lemon juice, molasses, and Worcestershire sauce. Add slowly to flour mixture. Season. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Mix in crabmeat. Place in greased seafood shells, ramekins, or casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) 20 to 25 minutes.
