3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Alphabet pasta (or any tiny pasta)
2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (20 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix sugar, flour and salt, stir in pineapple juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add lemon juice and cool. Cook pasta according to package directions. Cool. Combine pasta and cooked mixture. Chill. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir lightly and chill.
