VEGETABLE CHEESE BALL 
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. finely diced green pepper
2 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple, crushed, drained
1 tsp. seasoning salt
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Set nuts aside. On waxed paper mix other ingredients together until well mixed. Divide in half and make 2 balls. Roll each ball in 1/2 of chopped nuts. Cover and wrap in plastic wrap. Serve with crackers.
