LEMON CRACKLE COOKIES 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 lg. container Cool Whip, thawed
2 c. lemon extract
1 box powdered sugar

Hand mix all but powdered sugar. Drop by teaspoonfuls in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees; watch closely until golden brown. Put thumb print in middle when taken out of oven.
