SOURDOUGH COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. sourdough starter, room temperature
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 scant tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened

Mix with electric mixer. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees. Spread on glaze while hot. 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla
