"DAMN GOOD CHILI" 
2 lb. ground round
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water
1 tbsp. chili powder (add more to make hotter)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained

Brown meat and onion; add the rest. Let cook on low or medium heat several hours. (I use tomato juice and no water.)
