STEWED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 (#2) can of tomatoes, stewed
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. chili powder
Salt, pepper and season salt to taste.

Combine all above ingredients in a large pot. Cover with water, bring to boil, reduce heat and cook until chicken wings are tender.
