1 pie = 8 servings.
Soften 1 envelope of gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water. Mix in saucepan 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 3 beaten egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stir until it boils. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add 3/4 cup orange juice and 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 teaspoon orange rind and 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind. Chill until thick.
Fold in 1 cup of heavy cream, whipped. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and a twist of lemon and orange rind.
