1 box yellow cake mix (2 layer)
1 box (3.75 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c. Galliano
3/4 c. oil
Harvey Wallbanger Glaze or Broiled Frosting or Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan or a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes or until done.
If using Bundt pan cool for about 10 minutes before turning out on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze while warm. For 9 x 13 inch cake top with Broiled Frosting or Glaze. Makes 16-20 servings.
HARVEY WALLBANGER GLAZE:
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tbsp. Galliano
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vodka
Combine ingredients and drizzle over cake while it is still warm.
