SINGED ANGEL WINGS 
1 angel food cake & orange butter sauce (1 1/2 c.) (I always double this)
1/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in beaten egg yolks, grated orange rind, orange juice and milk. Cook over hot water 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened. Brush cut sides of wedges of angel food cake with melted butter. Put under broiler until it starts to brown slightly. Serve hot with orange butter sauce.
