CRAB - SHRIMP SALAD 
1/2 loaf white bread
1/2 sm. chopped onion
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. celery
4 oz. frozen or canned shrimp
8 oz. imitation crab
1 c. mayonnaise not Miracle Whip

Take crust off bread and butter bread lightly. Cut into cubes and place in large bowl. Add onion and egg. Mix and refrigerate overnight. Next add chopped celery, shrimp and crab; mix well. Add mayonnaise. Serve alone or on lettuce or in tomatoes. Freezes well.
