PINEAPPLE "COOL WHIP" PIE 
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 (9") baked pie shells

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into 2 (9") baked pie shells. Refrigerate before serving.
