EASY BEEF STEW 
2 lb. round steak
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup
2 stalks celery
Carrots
Potatoes
Onions

Trim all fat off meat and cut into pieces. Brown meat in a small amount of vegetable oil. Put celery stalks in bottom of casserole. Add meat.

Mix soup, water and dry envelope ingredients and pour over meat. Slice carrots, potatoes and onions and place on top of meat and soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. (Double the soup and water part to make extra gravy.)
