CRAB MEAT ROLLS 
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 well beaten egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. chopped celery leaves
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
Bacon strips (45 - 1/3's)

Mix all ingredients except bacon. Form in rectangle in palm of hand-wrap with bacon; secure with toothpicks. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until done. Makes 45. Do not drain crab. Can be frozen (freeze raw, thaw to room temperature.
