ITALIAN VEAL WITH NOODLES 
6 oz. provolone cheese
3 to 4 c. diced, cooked veal
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. finely cut onion
1 sm. clove garlic (mashed)
8 oz. noodles (cooked)
1/2 c. sliced pimento olives
1 c. sliced mushrooms (plus broth)

Combine veal, lemon juice, salt, catsup, pepper, oil, onion, and garlic. Let stand in skillet 30 minutes. Heat and stir to blend about 10 minutes. Combine noodles, olives, broth, and mushrooms. Add to veal mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) about 45 minutes.
