RABBIT HASH 
1 lg. rabbit
1/2 gal. water
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 onion, diced
2 c. potatoes, diced

Boil rabbit until meat falls off bones. Remove bones and place meat in skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Add onion and potato and enough broth to simmer until potatoes and onion are tender.
