CORN FLAKE CHICKEN 
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 (0.6 oz.) env. Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
6 chicken breasts, halved, skinned & boned
1/4 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow baking dish. Dip each breast in milk, roll in crumb mixture. Place chicken in lightly greased 12"x8"x2" baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until done.
