1 pkg. hot dog buns (8 buns, partially frozen is easier)
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic salt, Italian herb seasoning, and dried parsley
Cut each bun in half, then cut each half in thirds. In small mixing bowl, combine butter with mayonnaise and stir in other ingredients. Use a knife and spread 1 side of bread stick. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees until completely toasted, about 2 hours. Serve hot or room temperature. Makes 48 bread sticks.
