GOLDEN BUTTER CAKE 
1 lb. butter
2 2/3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coffee cream
8 eggs, separated

Beat egg whites. Add 6 tablespoons sugar (from the 2 2/3 cups). Place in refrigerator. Cream butter and remaining sugar. Add eggs yolk, 2 at a time. Add flour, cream and vanilla. Mix a medium speed until blended. Add egg whites and mix well. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 300 degree oven until golden brown.
