ROAST LOIN OF PORK 
1 (5-6 lb.) pork loin
1 tsp. crushed rosemary
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper

Have meat at room temperature. Wipe dry. Place fat side up on rack in roasting pan. Combine seasonings; sprinkle over roast. Bake at 325 degrees, allowing 24 minutes per pound (2 to 2 1/4 hours) or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees. Makes 6 servings.

Tip: Serve with applesauce or spiced crab apples, mashed potatoes, and tossed green salad.
