EASY BOILED CUSTARD 
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 gallon milk
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)

Stir milk into pudding mix. Blend well. Blend in Cool Whip. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Keep covered in refrigerator. I use French vanilla pudding.
