DILL POTATO SALAD FOR TWO 
5 sm. new potatoes, cooked but unpeeled
1 tbsp. minced dill weed
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. light sour cream
1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash of lemon juice

Salt and freshly ground white pepper. Cook potatoes in water to cover for about 20 minutes. Drain and dry potatoes. Add dill weed, onions, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. For a family double or triple the recipe.
