EASTER (SAUSAGE) PIE 
Crust:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
Water to mix
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 tbsp. sugar

Filling:

3 eggs
4 c. Ricotta cheese
4 c. cooked sausage
1/2 c. grated cheese
Salt (to taste)

In a large bowl for each part of the pie, follow the ingredient list with each of the following. After completing each, put crust and filling in pie pan, put strips of crust over pie and brush 1 beaten egg on top of pie. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
