SKEWERED CHICKEN 
3 med. chicken breast, split, skinned & boned
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 tsp. fines herbes, crushed
1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
Dash of garlic
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash of pepper

Cut chicken into strips and thread loosely on 6 to 8 skewers. Place in baking dish and pour remaining ingredients over chicken. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.

Drain. Grill over hot coals 3 to 4 minutes per side. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
