1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tsp. oregano
Whole sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wipe chicken breasts with paper towel and place in shallow pan lined with aluminum foil. Spray with Pam to prevent sticking. In a bowl, combine low fat cottage cheese, soy sauce and oregano and beat until smooth enough for spreading. "Ice" pieces of chicken with mixture, coating well. Sprinkle lightly with water, then top with light covering of sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered one hour or until pieces are golden brown.
