|FRIED DRIED PEACH PIES|
Boil dried peaches in water until tender enough to mash. Drain water. Add cinnamon and sugar to taste. Cool.
Prepare pie crust. Roll out circles of 5 inch diameter. Place cooled peaches in center. Fold in half and seal edges. Fry until golden brown and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
