FISH EYE PUDDING 
1 c. lg. pearl tapioca
4 c. water
3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. English walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sweetened whipped cream

Soak tapioca and water in crock pot overnight. Cook brown sugar and salt on low for 12 hours. Cover top with cream.
