CHICKEN PILAU 
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. chopped onion
4 tsp. chopped celery
1 1/2 - 2 c. chicken broth

Use a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook until rice is fluffy and liquid absorbed. Add 1 cup chopped chicken and season with salt and butter and pepper.
