SPINACH NOODLES WITH PESTO SAUCE 
2 (or more) c. fresh basil leaves
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1/2 c. walnuts or pine nuts
1 lb. spinach (or egg) noodles, cooked

Put pesto sauce on cooked pasta with a little pasta water. Mix well.
