Makes 3 cakes or 3 starters. 2/3 c. oil 4 eggs 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding 1/3 of fruit mixture 1 c. chopped nuts
FRUIT STARTER: In a large bowl, DO NOT REFRIGERATE, and stir everyday. 1st Day: Add 2 1/3 cups sugar, 16 ounce can peaches, cut small with juice. 10th Day add 2 cups sugar, 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, with juice. 20th Day add 2 cups sugar, 16 ounce can fruit cocktail with juice, 10 ounce can maraschino cherries and juice. 30th Day drain juice, divide juice into 1 1/2 cup portions, called STARTER and give to 3 friends. Use within 5 days. Divide fruit into thirds for cake.
Mix cake mixture and add 1/3 fruit. Put in a bundt or angel food pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until done. Makes 3 cakes. Cool completely then use or wrap and freeze.
