END OF SEASON PICKLE 
36 med. tomatoes
6 med. onions
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
1 c. water
2 c. cider vinegar
6 c. brown sugar
5 tsp. pickling salt
10 tsp. pickling spice

Put all vegetables through a food chopper. Chop coarsely. Put in large pot. Add 1 cup water. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir often. Drain well, press out all liquid.
