EASY HOMEMADE WAFFLES 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs

Preheat waffle iron. In large bowl with slotted spoon mix first 4 ingredients; add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Yield 4 cups (5 waffles).

Tip: Slightly more oil increases the crispiness of the waffles. If desired, lay one or half a bacon strip (raw) on top of batter before closing waffle iron.
