BAKED SCROD ITALIAN 
1 fillet per guest of scrod, cod, or orange roughy
Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
Spaghetti sauce (32 oz. jar)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. or less of fresh chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil foil and put in glass baking dish. Rinse the fillets and pat dry. Add salt and pepper to taste and also lemon juice. Put fish on foil in dish and cover with more foil. Bake 10 minutes and pull out of oven and put 1/2-2/3 cup spaghetti sauce (preferably homestyle sauce), topped with some fresh onion, mushrooms, and then top with cheese. Bake uncovered 10 minutes more or until done. Serve hot with a side of spaghetti.
