1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
1 (12 oz.) carton cream-style cottage cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix, divided
1/4 c. water
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and drain. Reserve 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce mix, then add remaining spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, and 1/4 cup water to beef. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Combine reserved 1 tablespoons spaghetti sauce mix, roll mix, yeast from roll mix and warm water. Blend well. Press dough into a well-greased 14-inch pizza pan.

Spread cottage cheese over dough. Spoon meat mixture over cottage cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6-8 servings.
