CHOCOLATE-TOPPED GRANOLA BARS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. granola
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat together first 5 ingredients. Stir in granola and oats. Spread in ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown around edges. Remove from oven and sprinkle on chocolate chips. When melted, spread evenly over bars. Cool before cutting.
