2-MINUTE HAWAIIAN PIE 
1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 butter flavor ready crust (prepared pie crust)
1/2 c. coconut

In a large bowl. Combine dry pudding mix, pineapple, undrained, and sour cream until well blended. Pour into crust and sprinkle with coconut. Chill.
