JAM BREAD 
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. jam (blackberry)

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. Add eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Fold in jam last.

Pour into 2 large loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50-60 minutes or until done.
