RHUBARB WALNUT BREAD 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, diced
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. white sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together both sugars with oil. Beat eggs well. Add milk and stir. Stir in remaining ingredients except final two. Mix batter well until smooth. Pour into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans. Top each with half the butter and half the sugar. Bake 1 hour or until cake tester comes out dry.
